Description

Our Compost is made from processed yard and garden debris dropped off at facilities local to the Willamette Valley. Finely ground and trommel screened to ensure minimal clumping, Compost is a nutrient-dense product which is excellent as a soil amendment. Compost can also be used as a top dressing, or for purely aesthetic purposes. We mix Compost into all our soil blends.

Note: Compost does not hold much moisture, but is excellent for breaking up hard, compact soil such as clay.

Coverage: 1 Cubic Yard covers approximately: 324 Square Feet at 1″ depth, 162 sq ft at 2″, 108 at 3″, and 81 at 4″.
