I just wanted to give a shout out to the Dallas Garden Club. I was invited to speak to the group about a variety of subjects pertaining to the landscape industry. We had a wonderful time discussing local soil conditions and soil amendments, and how to improve soil fertility. We also discussed local plant materials and where to source them. I was impressed by the overall knowledge of the group, and their enthusiasm for the passion of gardening and landscaping.

I was also very impressed when we said the Pledge of Allegiance to begin the meeting, I probably haven’t done that since High School. Way to go! Dallas Garden Club.
